• Localize Strategy: Localize and implement L'Oréal's Global Talent Acquisition strategy for the Korean market, ensuring our local approach meets dynamic business needs. • Proactive Sourcing: Build robust passive sourcing capabilities to secure a consistent pipeline of top-tier talents across critical FMCG and beauty business segments. • Stakeholder Partnering: Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and brand leaders across all divisions to actively manage a diverse portfolio of vacancies. • Employer Brand Alignment: Act as a key ambassador for L'Oréal's culture, ensuring all candidate touchpoints reflect our global Employer Value Proposition (EVP), and collaborate with the dedicated Employer Branding team on joint initiatives. • Campus Engagement: Actively participate in campus recruitment activities and early career initiatives, partnering closely with the L'Oréal for Youth team to identify, engage, and select next-generation talents. • Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional, inclusive, and modern candidate journey, utilizing digital tools and data analytics to optimize the recruitment process.

자격요건

• Senior Recruitment Expertise: A highly experienced recruitment professional with an extensive and proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment (FMCG or beauty industry experience is highly preferred). • Sourcing & Pipelining: Advanced capability in proactive headhunting, passive candidate engagement, and strategic talent mapping. • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and advisory skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders and HR partners at all levels. • Talent Branding & Campus Mindset: A strong understanding of employer branding principles with a willingness to actively engage in campus recruitment and young talent initiatives. • Agile Mindset: A flexible and innovative approach with a willingness to experiment with new digital recruitment tools and HR technologies. • Languages: Full fluency in both Korean and English is essential.
