주요업무
• Support hiring efforts across Korea, Japan, Vietnam, and other Southeast Asian markets as a key member of the McKinsey recruiting team. • Drive the development and execution of exceptional talent attraction strategies that align with organizational goals. • Own the full lifecycle of recruitment end to end, from kicking off a search with hiring managers to understanding target profiles, sourcing robust talent pipelines, guiding decision meetings, all the way through to executing offers. • Actively engage in sourcing talent, identifying target candidate groups, and exploring innovative methods to connect with candidates. • Leverage platforms like LinkedIn and other social media for direct sourcing, talent mapping, and industry research. • Maintain a structured and compliant recruitment process, guiding candidates from screening through onboarding while ensuring a seamless experience. • Serve as the primary contact for talent acquisition efforts and manage recruiting data efficiently.
자격요건
• A bachelor's degree • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, particularly in executive search firms, showcasing strong headhunting skills • Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership capabilities • Proficient in LinkedIn and social media platforms for direct sourcing • Talent mapping, industry research skills, and familiarity with Southeast Asian markets • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities • Experience in managing recruiting logistics, including immigration and relocation matters • Experience leveraging recruiting data and pipeline data to identify trends, drive toward recommendations, and provide strategic insight • Strong communication skills in English and Korean
