소개
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.
주요업무
• Industry-Academia Partnership & Talent Pipeline Programs: Operate and develop industry-academia collaboration education programs to build a sustainable talent pipeline for data center operations roles, design and iterate on training curricula, manage end-to-end program operations including partner institution coordination, candidate recruitment, curriculum development, evaluation, and program improvement, coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and track program metrics. • Corporate Language Program Management: Own and operate the in-house English language program, manage vendor relationships including selection, contract management, scheduling, and quality assurance, design program structure based on employee needs, and monitor participation, progress, and outcomes. • New Hire Onboarding & Training Support: Operate and support new hire training and onboarding programs, coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation (NHO) sessions, maintain and improve onboarding materials and training content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Career Mentoring Program for Students: Plan and execute a career mentoring program for students interested in the data center industry, develop mentoring frameworks and session content, recruit and coordinate internal mentors, and build partnerships with universities and career development organizations. • External Training Sourcing & Operations: Research and identify external training programs and resources, evaluate and select external training providers, operate external training programs end-to-end including enrollment, scheduling, budget management, and post-training evaluation, and assess organizational training needs. • Community Engagement & Social Contribution Education Programs: Plan and execute CSR education programs with libraries, schools, local government, NGOs, and community institutions, design and manage year-long education programs with public libraries and community partners, and identify new partnership opportunities.
자격요건
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience • 1+ years of human resources experience, or Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field • 장애인복지법에 따라 등록된 장애인

• Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience designing training curricula or educational programs • Experience with new hire onboarding or orientation program management • Experience with community engagement programs
