주요업무

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hirings for external and internal non-leadership candidates. • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to market business stakeholders. Provide expert insights on the talent landscape, retail industry trends, and innovative talent solutions. • Inclusive Pipeline Generation: Drive innovative and diverse community attraction initiatives to broaden the top of the hiring funnel and ensure an inclusive approach to talent discovery. • Candidate Experience: Champion and protect a world-class, seamless, and positive experience for every candidate throughout the hiring process. • Process Excellence: Establish clear recruiting timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes in partnership with business leaders. • Data-Driven Insights: Measure performance and track headcount changes through regular reporting and analytics to inform people decisions and drive continuous improvement. • Collaborative Execution: Work closely with your Recruiting Manager, People Partners, and hiring teams to ensure your local efforts seamlessly align with the broader Retail Talent strategy.

자격요건

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Native-level Korean and business-level English proficiency. • Eligible for a two-year contract position based on current local criteria.
