At Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services, we're hiring Engagement Managers to lead cross-functional teams — spanning AWS, external partners, and customers — through complex cloud adoption journeys. These engagements focus on removing constraints and accelerating migrations to AWS, enabling customers to realize measurable business outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you will bridge business objectives with technical solutions by translating customer needs into clear requirements and actionable roadmaps.

주요업무

• Own end-to-end engagement delivery for customer product launches on AWS, managing scope, schedule, financials, and success criteria across the full product lifecycle — from market research and product visioning through release strategy and decommission. • Lead cross-functional teams of AWS consultants, partners, and customer stakeholders using Lean and Agile methodologies, facilitating release planning, identifying risks, and driving timely decisions that align to customer business outcomes. • Translate customer business and technical requirements into clear, executable roadmaps while applying AWS frameworks such as the Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework to validate that solutions meet engagement goals. • Manage stakeholder relationships across all levels — including development teams and executive sponsors — guiding those with limited cloud or Agile experience to envision outcomes and commit to the adoption journey. • Identify gaps in delivery processes and contribute reusable assets, tools, and best practices that improve engagement quality and efficiency across the team.

자격요건

• 5+ years of leading the delivery of IT projects with external customers or equivalent experience • 5+ years of program or engagement management work leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects experience • Experience in program or engagement management, leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects • Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga

우대사항

• project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2) • AWS certification • Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
