주요업무

• Support senior engineers at Kyte with project execution and schedule management • Assist in documentation and reporting for R&D projects (e.g., experiment logs, results organization, etc.) • Handle parts procurement, equipment management, and supplier communication • Support lab safety oversight and equipment usage management • Coordinate team meetings and facilitate communication with global partners and headquarters • Kyte 시니어 엔지니어의 프로젝트 지원 및 일정 관리 • 연구개발 과제 문서화 및 보고서 작성 지원 (실험 로그, 결과 정리 등) • 부품 발주 및 장비 관리, 공급업체 커뮤니케이션 • 연구실 안전 및 장비 사용 관리 보조 • 팀 내 미팅 조율 및 글로벌 파트너 / 본사와의 커뮤니케이션 지원

자격요건

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred majors: Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or other STEM fields) • Strong fundamental engineering understanding and interest in research processes • Proficiency in documentation and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) with strong organizational skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Native-level proficiency in spoken and written English (required for collaboration with global headquarters and partners) • 학사 학위 이상 (전기/전자, 기계, 컴퓨터공학, 항공우주 등 이공계 전공 우대) • 기본적인 공학적 이해력과 연구 프로세스에 대한 관심 • 문서 작성 능력 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word 등) 및 정리/관리 역량 • 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력과 팀워크 • 영어 원어민 수준의 구두/문서 커뮤니케이션 능력 (해외 본사/파트너와 협업 필수)
