The Business Engineering Team is looking for a high performance Solutions Architect with an entrepreneurial mindset. As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the industry by enabling clients to realize the full potential of Meta's marketing, messaging, and business solutions and even defining new solutions. You will work with executives at top-tier companies on their industry-leading initiatives, translating their business goals into an execution plan using Meta's suite of platforms and products. This role will allow you to apply your passion for problem solving to achieving real-world results at Meta scale.

주요업무

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Meta's clients — working directly with them to understand their challenges, designing solution architectures that leverage Meta's platforms, and feeding field insights back to Product teams to shape platform capabilities • Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on Meta's marketing, messaging, and business solutions for some of the most innovative companies in the world • Guide our clients to the most optimal implementations by walking them through the technical details of Meta's platforms, APIs, and products • Work closely with sales teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by developing a deep understanding on business goals and industry trends • Understand and apply knowledge of products, technologies and business to build solutions to solve for problems at scale • Scope and demo technical solutions — including API integrations, data pipeline configurations, and enable proof-of-concepts • Debug and troubleshoot client API integrations, working directly in code to diagnose issues and develop fixes • Build relationships with team members and cross functional partners • Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics • Participate in interviewing and on-boarding of new team members • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

자격요건

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience • 3+ years of combined experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer • 2+ years of Experience working with software systems including querying, working with data, and working with API development • Experience communicating with technical and business audience at prospects or clients • Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack • Experience with system design and technical architecture — ability to design end-to-end integrations across APIs, data flows, and platform components • Experience demonstrating knowledge of industry technology areas and trends • High-level fluency in business and technical English and Korean, both verbal and written, to comfortably directly interact and collaborate in a dynamic work environment with English-speaking teams and external clients including foreigners from many countries

• Experience working with API documents, calling APIs using scripts, and testing APIs • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) • Experience with integration projects • Knowledge of AdTech, Advertising, or Digital Marketing (Brand or Direct Response) • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies • Experience in stakeholder management • Deep technical knowledge of Meta Marketing and Messaging products (including tools and APIs) • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
