소개
Within the RETAIL EDUCATION team, the SKINCARE SERVICE & FACIAL TRAINER is responsible for STRENGTHENING POS SKINCARE SERVICES, WHILE LEVERAGING SERVICE EXCELLENCE TO RECRUIT AND DEVELOP DIOR CLIENTS, DRIVE SERVICE PREMIERIZATION, AND ELEVATE CLIENT EXPERIENCE THROUGH IN-CLASS TRAINING AND POS COACHING. This role is crucial for DRIVING SKINCARE RETAIL PERFORMANCE BY ELEVATING DIOR AMBASSADORS' SKINCARE SERVICE AND FACIAL EXPERTISE, ENHANCING THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE, AND CONNECTING CABIN SERVICES WITH SKINCARE CLIENT RECRUITMENT, CLIENT DEVELOPMENT, AND PREMIERIZATION.
주요업무
• Lead and deliver cabin facial training and POS coaching, strengthening Dior Ambassadors' facial service techniques and expertise while ensuring consistent and elevated execution of cabin facial services across the retail network. (20%) • Lead and deliver skincare service and product knowledge programs, strengthening Dior Ambassadors' skincare expertise, service confidence, and ability to provide personalized skincare recommendations in line with Dior standards. (30%) • Drive POS training and coaching regular field coaching and follow-up across axes, enhancing clienteling capabilities, recruiting and developing Dior clients, driving skincare premiumization, and translating service excellence into sustainable related category business growth. (40%) • Support and deliver skincare-related events and activations, providing expert training and service coaching to create impactful client experiences and strengthen Dior's skincare expertise and desirability. (10%)
자격요건
• 3~5 years' experience in retail and retail education with field experience in luxury industry • Esthetician certification (must) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application • Proficiency in digital devices and program • Performance analysis and report
