소개

In this role, as a Specialist Solutions Architect, you will provide customers with best practices for building and operating analytics, search, and streaming workloads. Beyond that, you will partner with customers to design agent-ready data platforms — foundations that enable AI agents to autonomously search, process, and analyze data to support decision-making. This is an environment where you can take on the rapid pace of technological change head-on: from traditional BI/DWH to semantic search powered by generative AI, natural language data exploration, RAG-based insight generation, and the convergence of real-time streaming with AI.

주요업무

• Provide customers with deep technical expertise in analytics, search, and streaming to advance adoption of AWS services in service to customer goals • Design end-to-end data pipeline architectures leveraging AWS services including Amazon Redshift, Amazon EMR, AWS Glue, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon MSK, Amazon Athena, AWS Lake Formation, Amazon DataZone, Amazon S3 Tables, Amazon OpenSearch, and Amazon Q in QuickSight • Partner with customers to design agent-ready data platforms — enabling AI agents to autonomously search, process, analyze data, and support decision-making through agentic workflows • Advise customers on modern data strategies including lakehouse architectures, open table formats (Apache Iceberg), real-time streaming analytics, data mesh patterns, zero-ETL integrations, RAG-based insight generation, and semantic search • Collaborate with specialist, sales, marketing, and product teams to ideate around your customers' most challenging business problems • Act as a trusted advisor to line of business and C-suite leaders across Korea's enterprise and digital-native customers • Lead architectural reviews, immersion days, well-architected reviews, and proof-of-concept builds to advance your customer's technical objectives • Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit Seoul, AWS re:Invent, and Korea-specific technical events • Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS Analytics and GenAI-powered data platforms, and participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud • Provide data and anecdotes on what is working and what is not back to the larger specialist community and product teams. Act as primary point of contact for urgent customer issues in your technical specialty • Partner with account teams on migration programs (MAP, AMP, EMP) to accelerate customer modernization journeys

자격요건

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience • 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience

우대사항

• Deep experience in at least one of the following technical areas, with exposure to multiple: big data processing technologies (Hadoop, Apache Spark, etc.), stream processing (Apache Kafka, Amazon Kinesis, Apache Flink, etc.), search platforms (OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, vector search, semantic search), data warehouse technical architectures, ETL, and reporting/analytics tools • Strong interest in and eagerness to learn about data architectures powered by generative AI (RAG, semantic search, vector databases, LLM orchestration, AI agent-driven data pipeline automation, etc.). Hands-on experience in designing or building such architectures is a plus • Experience building and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
