This is a unique chance to drive growth from 0 to 1,000 enterprise customers, transforming strategy into execution on a global scale, along with the huge wave of government IDs and digital wallet initiatives all over the world.<br><br>As Senior Sales Manager, directly reports to Head of Business Development and partially to CEO, you’ll craft and implement go-to-market strategies, establish scalable sales processes, and create a high-performing sales team. You’ll play a critical role in defining how our innovative products reach businesses worldwide, making a direct and lasting impact on the company’s success.<br><br>If you’re driven by the challenge of building from the ground up and leading global expansion, this is your opportunity to shape the future of cutting-edge B2B SaaS solutions.<br><br>What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)<br><br>• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities, define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and adjust sales strategies accordingly. This includes creating core resources and materials for sales activities and prioritizing potential customers based on strategic value.<br>• Sales Pipeline Build and Management: Lead a full sales cycle to generate leads and convert them into paying customers. This includes maintaining accurate sales forecasts, building and managing a sales CRM, monitoring pipeline health, and optimizing the sales funnel for growth. And, through working closely with marketing team, align lead generation, ensure smooth MQL-to-SQL handoffs, and create sales enablement materials.<br>• Performance Setting and Monitoring: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the impact of sales enablement programs on team performance. You excel at leveraging internal and external resources to deliver optimal results, mainly collaborating with product and marketing team.</p><h2>우대사항</h2><p>Ideal Candidate<br><br>• Proven Go-to-market/Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in building and executing a complete sales strategy from scratch, either as a lead or a key contributor. Experience scaling from initial customer acquisition to significant revenue growth is essential, ideally with 5+ years of experience in B2B Tech Sales<br>• Domain Expertise in IAM, Cybersecurity, or Digital Identity: In-depth knowledge and professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or digital identity-related fields. Familiarity with startup environments or project management is a strong plus.<br>• Global Business Acumen: Experience working with global services and international customers.
