<h2>직무</h2><p>[Monetai] PO (Product Owner)</p><h2>포지션 상세</h2><p>Monetai is a B2B SaaS solution that enhances revenue of mobile apps by predicting non-paying users using machine learning and providing personalized promotions. Monetai can lead to significant sales increases immediately upon implementation, with no technical/financial risk involved. We are currently continuously refining our machine learning model with a select few invite-only partnered mobile developers and plan to expand to an SDK-based public service model in the future.<br><br>모네타이는 머신 러닝을 활용하여 결제하지 않는 사용자를 예측하고 맞춤형 프로모션을 제공함으로써 모바일앱 매출을 향상시키는 B2B SaaS 솔루션입니다. 모네타이는 구현 즉시 매출 증대 효과를 가져올 수 있으며, 도입으로 인한 기술적/재무적 위험 부담이 전혀 없습니다. 현재 초대받은 일부 파트너 모바일 개발사들과 함께 머신 러닝 모델을 지속적으로 개선하고 있으며, 향후 SDK 기반의 공개 서비스 모델로 확장할 계획입니다.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>• Develop service strategies, set roadmaps, and prioritize issues<br>서비스 전략 수립 및 로드맵 설정, 이슈 우선순위 설정<br>• Establish and manage success metrics to achieve strategic goals<br>전략 달성을 위한 성공지표 설정 및 일정 관리<br>• Define product requirements and collaborate with developers, designers, and others to implement them<br>제품 요구사항 정의, 개발자 및 디자이너 등과 협업하여 요구사항 구현<br>• Write proposal documents and persuade team members to enhance the user experience of the service<br>서비스의 사용자 경험을 향상시키기 위한 제안 문서 작성 및 구성원 설득<br>• Conduct AB tests and online/offline user studies<br>AB 테스트 및 온/오프라인 유저 스터디 진행</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>• Experience in leading projects/teams or planning (3+ years)<br>프로젝트/팀 리딩 또는 기획 경험 (3년 이상)<br>• Experience in designing AB tests and improving products based on data<br>데이터 기반으로 AB 테스트를 설계하고 제품을 개선해본 경험을 보유한 분<br>• Comfortable with basic English communication<br>기본적인 영어 소통에 거부감이 없으신 분</p><h2>우대사항</h2><p>• PO, 개발자, 디자이너 근무 경험<br>Experience working as a PO, developer, or designer<br>• 사용자 스터디를 직접 진행해 본 경험<br>Experience conducting user studies directly<br>• 인앱결제, 결제 연동 등에 대한 높은 이해도 <br>High proficiency in in-app purchase and payment integration.<br>• AB 테스트 등을 통하여, 제품을 발전시킨 경험<br>Experience improving products through AB testing or similar methods</p><h2>혜택 및 복지</h2><p>유연근무제<br>리프레시 휴가<br>점심 식대/간식 제공<br>육아기 단축근무</p>
