주요업무

• Lead Follow-up & Qualification - Follow up and qualify leads generated from AWS Marketing events and campaigns through phone calls and email communications • Customer Needs Assessment - Accurately identify customer needs and business opportunities to drive effective lead qualification • Lead Nurturing Activities - Nurture leads with tailored messaging and relevant use cases to deepen customer understanding of AWS services, creating higher-value leads that drive improved sales conversion rates • Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to achieve campaign goals • AI & Operational Excellence - Actively leverage AI to catalyze your productivity and systematically share and scale best practices across teams • Campaign Execution & Delivery - Execute assigned campaigns and projects effectively, ensuring deliverables are met within established timelines

자격요건

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) • Bachelor's degree • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software • 2+ years of work experience in sales/marketing, and in a fast-paced and high-tech industry

우대사항

• Experience working with or having knowledge of cloud computing and existing cloud technologies • Experience working with or evaluating AI systems • 2+ years of inside sales experience
