Affluent is an innovative DeFi protocol enabling trustless asset management via Telegram. Its ecosystem connects Telegram users to various yield-generating opportunities across different asset classes, such as the dollar, BTC, and TON. Our vision is to abstract away complex DeFi into a simple, passive earning UX. It collaborates with market makers and vault managers to provide professional asset management strategies without assuming custody. Affluent also offers lending as an initial toolkit (similar to Morpho) to generate yield and enable leverage, but its ultimate vision is to unlock mass adoption of passive investment from Telegram's 1B+ user base around the world. Affluent is incubated by B-Harvest, a premier validator and research and development firm specializing in Cosmos and EVM chains. Affluent is co-founded by a former Director of the TON Foundation, bringing extensive expertise and network to the team. 주요업무

Development Project Management • Drive project planning, execution, and delivery across smart contracts, backend, frontend, and UX for Affluent. • Lead sprints, standups, retrospectives, and ensure timely, high-quality releases. • Create and maintain roadmaps, user stories, and requirements documentation to support clear execution. • Write detailed specifications and define metrics to align cross-functional teams. • Collaborate with tech leads and other product managers to shape features, mitigate risks, and overcome development bottlenecks. DevRel & External Communication • Manage technical communication and documentation for external partners. • Draft and coordinate English-language partnership communications with a focus on technical clarity.

자격요건

• Proven product management experience in Web3 projects. • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable collaborating with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders. • Clear and effective communicator in English, both written and verbal. • Familiarity with LLM tooling and productivity systems.

• In-depth understanding of DeFi protocols, tokenomics, or governance systems. • Awareness of key players and trends in the Web3 space, especially within the TON ecosystem. • Exceptional English writing and speaking skills. • Experience as a founder or early team member in a 0-to-1 product environment.
