Sr Escalation Support Engineer Hwasung, Korea Full time Posted Today End Date: May 16, 2025 (22 days left to apply) J-00319425 EXE(High NA EUV) Top Main Module Escalation Reticle Handler D&E- Hwasung, Korea EXE Top Main Module Escalation Reticle Handler D&E is a technical expert role within the regional D&E onsite team to support EXE TMM Field & Factory escalation in Asia time zone. You will be the Reticle Handler D&E for Wilton EXE TMM Field & Factory Escalation project in Korea. Your role is to act as frontline D&E in field, covering the local time zone escalation in time and team up with VHV M&M D&E and WLT D&E to offer 5x24 escalation support. Follow Wilton EXE TMM WOW and embedded into the project. On top of escalation support, be proactively feedback Wilton D&E the issue progress and improvement proposal to drive issue closures, and ensure proper handoffs. Report to D&E KR onsite team within the VHV P&I EUV cluster and your work scope will be defined and led by WLT EXE TMM Project Leaders and Architects. Job responsibilities • Enable our Global Support Center(GSC) engineers and Production Engineers' solving power on EXE Top Main Module escalation to be capable in supporting our field and floor engineers at customers and factory. ⚫ Own issue escalation from Global Support Center to solve issue in time, analyzes field data and feedback structural issue improvement. • Understand the EXE RH design and functionality, develop DE level diagnostics skill, and further proposed effective containment and solution. • Supporting EXE 5000 TMM and beyond, enriching top module network with WLT D&E and contributing to VHV M&M and Wilton engineering. • Travel: up to 10% issue based, Asia locations. Qualifications • Master Degree in Mechatronic Engineering preferred (motion/servo control background). • Knowledge/experience of robotics and stage controls is desirable. • 5-10 years extensive experience with EUV platforms is a must with specific training and exposure to Top/bottom competence. • A strong analytical skills and good communication capabilities are necessary to translate technical issues, analysis result and action plan to next shift D&E. • Working under pressure from customers and flexibility for occasional overtime are needed with this assignment. •Familiar with MATLAB/SIMULINK toolbox is a plus. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
