The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship management, and will be responsible for driving the company’s business development strategy, expanding our market presence, and achieving revenue targets.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>1. New Account Acquisition<br>• Develop sales strategies and close deals by leveraging Tridge solutions.<br>• Conduct rigorous sales qualification processes, evaluating all opportunities based on criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, needs assessment, and timing.<br>• Generate new leads and pitch Tridge services to potential clients.<br><br>2. Account Management<br>• Provide and prepare product demonstrations and engage in consultative selling to effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform service.<br>• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.<br>• Prepare and manage proposals and contracts, overseeing them through to the closing phase with clients.<br>• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.<br>• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.<br>• Network management to generate recurring revenues, cross-sell, and upsell to existing accounts.</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>• BA/BS degree preferred<br>• 5-8 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving goals<br>• Previous experience working with food buyers (retailers and/or distributors); experience in other roles within the agri-food industry is also acceptable<br>• Self-sufficient and focused sales executive with strong ability to execute plans and drive revenue results<br>• Native speaker or an advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in English<br>• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of effectively speaking to senior business stakeholders<br>• Strong relationship management skills<br>• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with attention to detail and follow-up<br>• Strong business acumen, creative thinking, and presentation skills</p><h2>우대사항</h2><p>• Experience working in the tech industry<br>• Established relationships in the agro/food industry<br>• Existing network and relationships within government/university sectors<br>• Large account management experience</p><h2>혜택 및 복지</h2><p>• 채용 절차는 지원하는 포지션 및 기타 상황에 따라 다를 수 있으며, 변동 사항이 있는 경우 채용 담당자가 사전에 연락을 드립니다.<br>• 지원서 기재사항이 사실과 불일치한 경우(증빙서류 미제출 포함) 채용이 취소 될 수 있습니다.<br>• 기간이 만료된 자격증은 평가에 반영되지 않으며, 지원서 기재사항 증빙이 불가능한 경우 채용이 취소될 수 있습니다.<br>• 남자는 병역필 또는 면제자에 한해 지원 가능합니다.</p>
