As an activity to resolve these issues, the need for Platform Engineering is increasing.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for the frontend development of """"AI Data Platform CADDi"""" or its related products.<br><br>Lead the selection of technologies and architectural decisions in a rapidly growing service and organization.<br>Build sustainable and maintainable frontend applications with a focus on long-term operability.<br>Plan and formulate technical strategies aligned with business objectives and provide technical leadership for the development team.<br><br>• Lead the rapid iteration and hypothesis validation of product features.<br>• Design the architecture for the overall frontend system.<br>• Design and implementation of standard UI components.<br>• Discuss with designer how to improve UI and UX.<br>• Select and evaluate technologies such as middleware and frameworks.</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>• 7+ years of hands-on experience developing frontend for web applications.<br>• Proficiency in development using TypeScript.<br>• Expertise in designing and implementing reusable UI components for web applications.<br>• Proven experience leading decision-making in technology selection, requirements definition, and architectural design for frontend services.<br>• Fluent business communication skills in English<br>• Need to move to Japan</p><h2>우대사항</h2><p>• Experience in the development and operation of large-scale services.<br>• Ability to conduct user interviews and validate hypotheses to optimize UI/UX for customers and end-users.<br>• Backend development experience with technologies such as Node.js.<br>• Hands-on experience developing or utilizing BFF (Backend for Frontend) with tools like GraphQL or Apollo.<br>• Experience optimizing and accelerating web pages.<br>• Development experience utilizing SSR (Server-Side Rendering), CSR (Client-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages), or PWA (Progressive Web Applications).<br>• Conversational-level Japanese proficiency(Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or above is a guideline;
