We launched Product Ads performance advertising marketplace late in 2018. We have grown rapidly to a multi-billion (USD) ads business quickly in the past few years and we continue to grow fast. Our group is responsible for advertising brands and products on our e-commerce platform, a crucial aspect of our business that rivals the success seen by giants like Alibaba and Amazon.<br><br>The AD Relevance team, a key part of CMG, is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI/ML algorithms to deliver contextually relevant advertisements to Coupang's customers. We work with a diverse range of AI models, from lightweight traditional ML to the latest LLM technologies, to enhance the advertising experience for our users. By efficiently applying advanced AI/ML modeling and engineering techniques, we not only improve user engagement but also drive the long-term growth of Coupang's advertising business.<br><br>At AD Relevance, we thrive on data-driven decision-making and experimentation.
