We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts targeting North American customers. This role requires a strong command of English for effective communication and documentation, deep technical understanding of high-performance optical transceivers, and the ability to translate market insights into strategic action. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand positioning, supporting business development, and driving customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with our go-to-market strategy.

• Customer & Business Development • Serve as a key point of contact for North American clients, managing all aspects of marketing communication and customer engagement. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support, feedback collection, and strategic updates. • Marketing Strategy & Execution • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives aligned with business goals and market demands. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities. • Content & Communication • Create compelling marketing and technical collateral including brochures, white papers, presentations, and case studies tailored for the North American audience. • Collaborate with sales and product teams to articulate the value proposition and technical benefits of our optical solutions. • Performance Tracking & Reporting • Analyze marketing performance metrics and sales data to assess campaign effectiveness and inform strategic adjustments. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on marketing KPIs, sales activities, and customer feedback. • Events & Industry Engagement • Represent the company at international trade shows, industry conferences, and product exhibitions. • Facilitate customer satisfaction surveys and manage feedback loops for continuous improvement.

자격요건

• Experience working within multi-disciplinary engineering or technology-focused teams. • Strong understanding of optical transceiver technologies and industry trends, particularly in PAM4- based high-speed networking. • Exceptional project and time management skills, with a results-oriented mindset. • Fluent in written and verbal English, capable of crafting professional-grade documents and engaging with global stakeholders effectively. • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
