Beyond being a simple fashion meta engine, TRG is expanding its business into a Retail Media Network Platform to redefine the future of online retail.<br><br>We are looking for a Global HR Lead to drive TRG’s rapid growth and global expansion. This role goes beyond traditional HR operations?it requires a leader who can integrate the cultural and legal requirements of South Korea, the US, and the UK, while ensuring a consistent core company culture and values.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>What You’ll Do<br>1. Develop a Global Talent Strategy<br>• Design and execute hiring and retention strategies to attract the best talent in South Korea, the US, and <br> the UK<br>• Optimize the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from hiring to onboarding, considering the legal and <br> market characteristics of each region<br>• Implement and refine remote and hybrid work models for global teams<br>• Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership to ensure HR initiatives align with overall <br> business strategy<br><br>2. Build and Strengthen Company Culture & Values<br>• Establish a unified company culture and core values across all regions<br>• Foster an environment where autonomy and accountability lead to high engagement and performance<br>• Strengthen global collaboration, ensuring TRG becomes the most desirable workplace in the industry<br>• Introduce and manage the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) system to align company and team goals<br>• Run Weekly Meetings to review team and company-wide progress<br>• Implement Monthly Feedback Days to cultivate a feedback-driven work culture<br>• Conduct Quarterly Performance Reviews to drive continuous employee growth and alignment<br>• Plan and execute quarterly training sessions focused on company culture and values<br>• Organize global workshops and retreats to enhance cross-team collaboration and reinforce company culture<br><br>3. Compensation & Benefits<br>• Design and manage a fair and competitive performance-based compensation and benefits structure<br>• Develop and oversee global stock option and incentive programs<br>• Ensure that compensation structures comply with legal and tax regulations in South Korea, the US, and <br> the UK<br><br>4. Learning & Development<br>• Create leadership development programs and coaching sessions<br>• Establish career mobility opportunities and global rotation programs to enhance talent growth<br>• Implement digital learning and HR tech solutions for continuous skill development<br><br>5. HR Operations & Compliance<br>• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all operating markets (hiring, termination, work <br> hours, contracts, etc.)<br>• Optimize and implement a global HR system<br>• Oversee and manage legal HR documentation such as employment contracts, NDAs, and stock option <br> agreements<br>• Use data-driven HR management?track hiring rates, attrition rates, and performance data to drive HR <br> decisions<br><br>6.
