[About the Role] This role is a chance to help build one of our newest test courses from the ground up. As a Content Manager, Chinese, you'll design engaging and natural learning journeys for English-speaking users to learn Chinese — creating curricula, lesson scripts, and interactive content that makes Chinese easy and fun. You'll also manage the end-to-end production timeline and work closely with our Video Producer and Graphic Designer to bring lessons to life. . [Key Responsibilities] 1. Curriculum Planning Design structured Chinese curricula based on Teuida's Foundation Curriculum (FC), tailored to learner level and language characteristics. 2. Lesson Script Creation Write or oversee the creation of Chinese lesson scripts — either drafting them yourself or working with a scriptwriter you help recruit — and review all scripts for accuracy, tone, and alignment with Teuida's educational philosophy. 3. Casting & Filming Support Recruit friendly, effective tutors/actors, coordinate rehearsals, and assist in filming. • Example video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wd68sv4IFIY 4. Managing Production Timelines Own the end-to-end schedule for curriculum development, scriptwriting, and video production, from planning through final delivery. 5. QA & Launch Test content within the app, ensure learning goals are met, and manage content release.

자격요건

• Near-native English fluency • Advanced Chinese proficiency • Deep understanding of the specific challenges English speakers face when learning Chinese (tones, characters, grammar structures, etc.) • Strong understanding of Chinese culture and expressions • Ability to manage content production from planning to launch • Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork with diverse partners

• Degree or background in Chinese or Chinese education • Experience in teaching Chinese or strong interest in language education • Interest and passion for video production • Ability to empathize with learners and design effective learning experiences • Experience learning a foreign language via apps
