Write the next chapter of your ABB story. This position reports to Front Office Lead Your role and responsibilities In this role you will have the opportunity to execute and deliver HR services. Each day, you will support cross-collaboration within HR services. You will also showcase your expertise by delivering high-quality results and solution. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the HR Services operations including Payroll, Compensation & Benefits operation, and HR Service Delivery in South Korea. You will be mainly accountable for: • Operating payroll entire process(payroll, tax, social security insurance, retirement pension etc) by working with outsourcing vendor for ABB Korea and B&R Korea (2 entities) • Managing daily payroll operations, including data maintenance, compensation and benefits administration, and take ownership of annual processes such as Year-end income tax adjustment, Bonus payments etc. ⚫ Global & Local program operations such as Flexible benefit, Medical Checkup, Holiday gift/bonus, Group term life insurance, long service award event, and ESAP, etc. • Executing HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility. Qualifications for the role • 1-3 years work experience in HR operation as generalist with payroll experience • Bachelor's degree or above • Business level in English with both written and verbal communication skills, and native in Korean • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation • Good knowledge/understanding of local statutory, legal and labor law would be preferred • Be able to adapt to a dynamic and multi-cultural working environment • Proactive customer service mindset with a 'can do' attitude, along with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in handling sensitive information Benefits • Retirement plan • Employee Assistance Program • Flexible work practices More about us In ABB HR our mission is to help ABB stand out when it comes to our people - from leadership, performance and talent management to rewards and career growth.
