주요업무

[What You Will Do] • Track all client reservations and provide timely and efficient responses. • Manage inquiries received via the company website. • Handle reservations through phone and email communication. • Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistently high level of customer service. • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager.

자격요건

[What You Must Have] For foreign applicants, proficiency in both English and Korean languages (written and verbal) is required. Additionally, only those who hold a valid working visa to work in South Korea are eligible to apply. • Experience in roles such as Tour Operator, Travel Agent, Hotel Contracting, Hotel Management, or Hotel Sales & Marketing is a distinct advantage. • Proficiency in English is essential. • Fluency in a second or third language, with strong writing and speaking skills, is highly desirable. • Insight into tour operator processes, hotel operations, and basic knowledge of revenue management. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in handling challenging cases. • Proficient in B2B and B2C communication via both email and phone, in English and Korean • Highly adaptable and capable of multitasking, with a solid understanding of dynamic work environments
