The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI and technology trends, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of success in B2B sales or business development within tech-driven industries for multi-national businesses.

1. Market expansion: • Identify and analyze potential overseas markets to introduce AITRICS’ solutions, including assessing competitive landscapes, regulatory environments, and customer needs. • Design and execute market entry strategies, focusing on growth opportunities and scalable business models. 2. Strategic Partnerships: • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry players, partners, and clients to enhance AITRICS’ • Negotiate and secure high-impact partnerships and strategic alliances to foster collaborative growth and mutual value creation. 3. Sales and Revenue Growth: • Develop and achieve sales targets by implementing strategies that drive revenue and market share. • Oversee end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a consultative approach that aligns with clients’ needs. 4. Client and Stakeholder Engagement: • Serve as a primary point of contact for international partners and clients, providing insights for business in specific markets. • Present AITRICS’ solutions to prospective clients in a compelling, value-driven manner, tailoring messages to different cultural and market contexts. 5. Market Research and Analysis: • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in AI. • Develop insights and reports for internal stakeholders, helping shape product development and marketing strategies to fit evolving market demands. 6. Cross-functional Collaboration: • Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align AITRICS’ Products with market requirements and customer feedback. • Act as a liaison between international markets and affiliates, ensuring seamless communication and strategic alignment.

자격요건

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred). • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the technology or AI sector. • Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling business operations in international markets. • Strong network within tech or AI industries and experience working with senior leadership, including C-level executives. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
