<h2>직무</h2><p>글로벌 클라우드 Inside Sales Specialist</p><h2>포지션 상세</h2><p>TDCX는 1995년에 설립된 글로벌 아웃소싱 기업으로 싱가포르에 본사를 두고 있으며, 전 세계 17개국에서 19,000명의 다국적 인재가 함께 일하고 있습니다. 우리는 단순한 고객 서비스를 넘어 고객 경험을 혁신하고, Fortune 500대 기업 및 다양한 글로벌 브랜드와 파트너십을 맺고 있습니다. 주요 산업 분야로는 자동차, 게임, 디지털 광고, 패션, 헬스케어 등이 있으며, 각 산업에 최적화된 고품질 상담 솔루션을 제공합니다.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>• Own and meet target quota related to number of qualified opportunities<br>• Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities<br>• Manage inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort<br>• Nurture early-stage opportunities<br>• Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing customers and breaking<br> into net new logos in assigned territory<br>• Align with internal sales account team<br>• Identify key decision makers within new accounts<br>• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders (account executives, marketing, sales operations, fellow BDRs)<br>• Executing various outbound campaigns or initiatives for targeted customer/accounts in a scheduled timeline (we’re a collaborative group)<br>• Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC<br>• Experience in Google Sheets, Salesloft, SFDC reporting, and data analysis is a great plus<br>• Other Admin Hocs for internal track and reporting</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent<br>• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in BDR or B2B business development, sales or related field (experience in a technology industry is preferred)<br>• Fluency in Korean and English language skills<br>• Good business communication skills<br>• Eager to acquire new product knowledge and apply it to work<br>• Team player attitude to share and learn with co-workers</p><h2>우대사항</h2><p>• Ability to work in a target pressured, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment<br>• Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment <br>• Candidates with experience in B2B selling, knowledge on platform/IT infrastructure/Application modernization, Artificial Intelligence, hybrid cloud will be preferred<br>• Experience in researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of accounts<br>• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer engagement</p><h2>혜택 및 복지</h2><p>[Working Conditions]<br> • Working hours: 09:00-18:00 Mon-Fri <br> • Location: Office near Seoul Station<br> • Contract: One-year contract (can be extended by mutual agreement)</p>
