소개
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we're looking for talented people who want to help.
주요업무
• Hire, develop, build, and manage a team of Data Center Technicians, including the management of individual and team performance. • Lead and supervise the team to be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting system, hardware, and network device issues. • Ensure effective and efficient management of data center operations, including ticket queue management, 7/24 shift arrangements, and hardware logistics. • Inspire and guide improvement in team processes, technology innovation, and automation. • Ensure all operational KPIs and metrics are being measured and met. • Manage outage by severity level and act as the call leader. • Be passionate about the quality and quantity of services being provided, and continuously strive to improve our Customer Experience.
자격요건
• 5+ years of people management experience. • 5+ years of experiences in managing an IT environment. • In-depth knowledge and experience of change, problem and incident management. • Demonstrated communication skill in presentation, open discussion, team coaching. • Understanding in Financial budgeting, Capex and Opex concepts.
우대사항
• Cumulative experiences in Data Center Operations or similar roles in a mission critical environment. • Cumulative experiences with information technology infrastructure domains such as compute server platforms, storage server platforms, server components, network devices, cabling and IT service delivery principles and best practices. • Project Management skill. • Experience in Safety and Security measures. • Fluent in Korean and English
