The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, optimize distribution channels, and achieve sales targets.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>• Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive global sales strategies that align with AXIS-Y's business objectives and growth targets.<br>• Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including emerging markets, and develop entry strategies to expand the brand's global footprint.<br>• Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and partners. Negotiate and manage contracts to maximize sales performance.<br>• Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to develop accurate sales forecasts and set achievable targets for each region.<br>• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the global sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales goals. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.<br>• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product launches, promotional activities, and inventory management.<br>• Brand Representation: Represent AXIS-Y at international trade shows, industry events, and meetings with key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and establish strong industry relationships.<br>• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activity.
