<h2>직무</h2><p>Senior Product Designer (KR)</p><h2>포지션 상세</h2><p>As a Product Designer at Gauss Labs, you will play a key role in designing AI/ML-based industrial software that dramatically improves productivity in the semiconductor and manufacturing. Your work will focus on designing complex data and technology into user-friendly UX/UI, helping to develop next-generation industrial solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. You will support the entire Gauss Labs design ecosystem and ensure seamless integration of various products and features within the Panoptes platform.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>• Design and deliver AI/ML products that assist in improving semiconductor yield.<br>• Lead in designing and contributing to decision-making across all user touchpoints, as an independent designer for products or specific requirements.<br>• Propose product improvements by collecting both quantitative and qualitative data on user pain points proactively.</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>7+ years of experience in Product Design or equivalent experience.<br>• Expertise in UX design, with the ability to understand data CRUD and create seamless user experiences.<br>• Expertise in UI design, capable of visualizing complex information structures into beautiful and clear Web UI.<br>• Excellent collaboration skills to communicate flexibly with stakeholders(PMs, Designers, Engineers, Marketers, etc.) to coordinate complex requirements.<br>• Proficient in design tools including Figma, Adobe, etc.</p><h2>우대사항</h2><p>• Experience in designing AI/ML-based industrial B2B solutions/products.<br>• Experience in designing products with consideration for global user experience and multilingual support features.<br>• Experience in building and improving design systems.<br>• Ability to conduct and analyze data analysis, user research, and usability testing to improve user experience.<br>• Ability to effectively implement user flows through prototyping.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.</p><h2>혜택 및 복지</h2><p>• Annual medical check-up<br>• Group accident insurance<br>• Gym support<br>• Overtime support<br>• Documentation support(Grammarly)<br>• Self development allowance<br>• Growth support</p>
