Treasury professional with broad experience in cash and risk management and FX deal and bank balance and account reconciliation. A professional who makes the difference understand a multinational business and can translate that into effective and efficient cash and financial risk management and compliance areas. You will bring hand on and pragmatic expertise know how to drive continuous process improvement and actively engage in stakeholder management and support the transition to our future ERP system. Role and Responsibility -E-Banking System admin role for Citibank & local bank & Sox file update, Local bank manage; KEB, BOC, SMBC, HSBC -Set up new payment flow setting, new user, new template (ex>payroll) in new bank/existing bank -Maintenance, preparing for application & communication with local team (BOC, KEB, SMBC, HSBC) -Review and approve the payment template, Re-activate the blocked users -FX conversion preparation; Supporting doc (Find item in SAP + download doc + Documentation+Affixing the chop) -Confirm the nature code via email & update the log for FX incoming -Verify and confirm the deals via Email or Call-back, confirmation for the payment manually arranged / payment cancelation -FX transaction Japan, Cross border transaction for Bank of Japan report, Provide it to local team -Monitor the daily/weekly cash position, ensuring the accurate processing of cash transactions, and supporting the day-to-day operations of Treasury-related activities. -Lead ASML all bank accounts reconciling, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and discrepancies are resolved. -Bank statement reconciliation upload weekly/monthly, monthly bank balance reporting -Maintenance monthly bank statement report, Communicate with IT of bank posting error -Performs root cause analysis for technical incidents related to collections, payments, intercompany billing etc. -Lead month end closing of clearing cash transaction posting and Treasury accounting posting. -Lead verification of unknown items and clearing at weekly/monthly -Provide bank statement/bank confirmation for Stat audit follow up -Lead various projects of cash transaction and bank account managing Education and Experience: -Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field -5-8 years working experience in accounting finance role including Treasury in international business environment -Strong understanding of financial accounting processes; Experience with end to end business processes (e.g. Market to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report) in a SAP environment -Accounting related certificate is preferred -Experience with ERP SAP required; Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel -Fluent in written & spoken English and Korean Personal skills: -Good analytical, communicative, managerial and social skills. Professional and ambitious attitude.
