
<h2>직무</h2><p>글로벌 클라우드 Inside Sales Specialist</p><h2>포지션 상세</h2><p>TDCX는 1995년에 설립된 글로벌 아웃소싱 기업으로 싱가포르에 본사를 두고 있으며, 전 세계 17개국에서 19,000명의 다국적 인재가 함께 일하고 있습니다. 우리는 단순한 고객 서비스를 넘어 고객 경험을 혁신하고, Fortune 500대 기업 및 다양한 글로벌 브랜드와 파트너십을 맺고 있습니다. 주요 산업 분야로는 자동차, 게임, 디지털 광고, 패션, 헬스케어 등이 있으며, 각 산업에 최적화된 고품질 상담 솔루션을 제공합니다.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>• Conduct cold outreach via phone or email, identify key decision-makers and uncover potential client needs and pitch Cloud solutions<br>• Provide timely responses to client inquiries and collaborate closely with sales teams to offer tailored advisory services and the best recommendations for client needs.<br>• Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing customers and breaking into net new logos in assigned territory<br>• Execute targeted outbound campaigns, qualify inbound leads through outbound efforts.<br>• Own and achieve target quotas related to the number of qualified opportunities.<br>• Align closely with internal sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.<br>• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders (account executives, marketing, sales operations, fellow BDRs)<br>• Handle administrative tasks, utilize tools such as Google Sheets, Salesloft, and SFDC reporting for data analysis, activities and performance tracking.</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent<br>-1-3 years of experience in a relevant role with B2B selling, sales (cold calling), or a related field, preferably in the tech industry, IT infrastructure, Saas, application modernization, AI, or hybrid cloud solutions is preferred.<br>• Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs and meeting or exceeding quotas.<br>• Strong business communication skills.<br>• Eager to learn and apply new product knowledge effectively.<br>• A team-oriented mindset with a passion for sharing and learning from colleagues.</p><h2>우대사항</h2><p>• In-depth understanding of the cloud industry (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) is a strong plus.<br>• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.<br>• Strong research, account planning, and prospecting skills, including cold calling and engaging new accounts.<br>• Hands-on experience with CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions.<br>• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.<br>• Excellent time management and organizational skills.</p><h2>혜택 및 복지</h2><p>[Working Conditions]<br> • Working hours: 09:00-18:00 Mon-Fri <br> • Location: Office near Seoul Station<br> • Contract: One-year contract (can be extended by mutual agreement)</p>
