[ The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco ] Moloco helps businesses grow through machine learning-powered advertising and measurement. As a TPM supporting our CTV business, you will help shape how CTV products and platforms scale across app, web, and smart TV environments. You will make an impact by: • Connecting business goals to clear priorities, milestones, and execution plans. • Creating visibility into performance, investment, operational health, and progress against goals. • Aligning Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams around shared outcomes. • Coordinating identity, measurement, reporting, and platform initiatives that improve the CTV experience for customers and partners. • Helping global teams move with greater clarity and predictability across Seoul and other Moloco offices. [ The Opportunity ] As the TPM for CTV, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through launch and post-launch learning. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Data Science and Machine Learning, Finance, Strategy, Go-to-Market, and customer-facing teams across Moloco. You will: • Translate CTV strategy and customer needs into a focused roadmap, well-defined workstreams, milestones, and dependencies. • Establish clear planning and communication rhythms that keep teams aligned and leaders informed. • Drive execution across technical and business initiatives, bringing structure to ambiguity and momentum to high-priority work. • Identify risks, surface trade-offs, and guide decisions to resolution through influence and strong stakeholder partnership. • Connect launch plans with measurable outcomes, using data and feedback to improve products and operating practices. • Build effective collaboration across Seoul and Moloco’s global teams.
자격요건
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs involving Product, Engineering, Data or Machine Learning, Infrastructure, Finance, and/or Go-to-Market teams. • Strong program-management fundamentals, including problem definition, scoping, planning, milestone and dependency management, risk mitigation, and concise progress communication. • Technical depth to understand system architecture, technical design documents, system components, and data flows, and to engage productively with technical leaders. • Comfort planning and communicating in environments where outcomes, priorities, or technical approaches evolve over time. • The judgment and influence to bring clarity to ambiguity, make trade-offs visible, and move decisions forward without relying on formal authority. • Excellent written and spoken English communication for collaboration with colleagues and leaders across global offices. • The ability to manage multiple workstreams while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. • 3+ years of technical program management or engineering management experience. • 5+ years of experience working directly with software, cloud, or data engineering teams. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Background as a TPM, Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, Product Manager, engineer, or in a comparable technical leadership role. • Experience in AdTech, advertising platforms, DSP or SSP, measurement, identity, CTV/OTT, streaming, commerce, or large-scale data platforms. • Experience connecting business outcomes such as revenue, cost, customer activation, quality, or reliability to technical execution. • Experience working across US and APAC teams or in a globally distributed organization.
