담당업무

• 반도체 고객 engagement의 physical design SME 역할

• 고객 discovery와 scoping을 통한 문제점, 솔루션 가설, 성공 기준 및 기술 계획 구체화

• floorplanning, place and route, clocking, timing closure, congestion, power, physical verification, signoff 관련 AI 지원 솔루션 구상

• 설계·검증·physical design 전 과정의 feasibility 및 integration 의사결정 지원

• physical design 사용 사례를 위한 평가 데이터셋, golden task, rubric, acceptance criteria 구축

• 프로토타입, benchmark, 방법론 실험 및 내부 도구 구축 또는 기술 지도

• FDE 팀에 physical design, implementation flow, EDA 도구 및 주요 trade-off 교육·멘토링

• 반복되는 고객 요구를 Product와 Research에 전달해 roadmap, model behavior, platform capability 개선 지원

• 고객 discovery, solution architecture, prototype development, production deployment 및 기술 workstream ownership으로 역할 확장

자격요건

• 복잡한 ASIC 또는 SoC 프로그램의 physical design, physical implementation 또는 backend signoff 경험

• tapeout까지 복잡한 설계를 완료한 경험

• floorplanning, place and route, CTS, timing closure, power analysis, physical verification, signoff 실무 경험

• 합성, PNR, STA, physical verification, equivalence checking, power analysis를 위한 표준 EDA 도구 및 flow에 대한 높은 이해

• microarchitecture, RTL, verification, design methodology, libraries/PDKs 및 시스템 수준 PPA trade-off에 대한 이해

• 고객 및 cross-functional 환경에서 기술적 trade-off를 명확히 설명하는 커뮤니케이션 역량

• 자문형 전문가로서 팀의 의사결정을 지원하고 기술 품질을 높이는 역량

• Python, Tcl 또는 유사 언어를 활용한 scripting 및 automation 역량

• 고객 대응, 솔루션 구축, delivery 및 deployment outcome ownership으로 확장하려는 의지

우대사항

• 여러 반도체 기업, 설계 환경 또는 tool stack에서 근무한 경험

• 외부 고객, 전략 고객 또는 design partner와 기술 자문 형태로 협업한 경험

• 평가 workflow, benchmark 또는 acceptance criteria를 정의·확장한 경험

• 설계 또는 verification 인접 workflow 경험

• 반도체 workflow에 AI 또는 LLM 시스템을 적용한 경험

• solutions engineering, field engineering, customer-facing technical delivery 또는 consultative technical role 경험
