Management Positions) ID: HRC1201408 Job Description We are currently seeking a talented Senior Staff Engineer Applications who wants to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence. In your new role you will: • Assist AMG/PMG in targeting opportunities for Infineon devices for On-Board Chargers (OBC), DC-DC Conversion, and eDisconnect applications. • Perform simulations at the request of the customer using PLECS,SIMetrix, PSpice, etc. • Develop evaluation tools/kits to allow customers to evaluate Infineoncomponents. • Provide training to Field Application Engineering team on OBC, DC-DC, and eDisconnect applications which highlights how Infineon devices areused. You are best equipped for this task if you have: • BSEE (MSEE preferred) with strong focus in Power Electronics, and atleast 5 years of experience in the following areas: ⚫,Thorough understanding of various DC/DC converters • Thorough understanding of various power factor correction (PFC) topologies • Thorough understanding of pulse width modulating (PWM) MOSFETs, andnow HEMTS • High level of simulation expertise • Understanding of thermal management • Understanding of magnetics #WeAreln for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
