Requirements • Bachelor's degree holder in Finance, Business, or a related discipline. MBA or CFA designation is a plus. • At least 10+ years of experience in deal-making and/or Tech/IT experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Associate position. • Able to demonstrate deal sourcing capabilities, negotiations, structuring, and execution of investment transactions. • Proven track record in executing investment transactions with solid financial analysis and modelling skills. • A good team player, quick learner, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and discipline. • Mature, reliable, and able to work with a high level of independence and manage their own schedule. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. • Good command of written and spoken Chinese would be an advantage but not essential. Key Areas of Responsibilities • Develop and execute investment strategies in the Tech/IT sector aligned with organizational/fund objectives. • Identify and source high-quality investment opportunities through various channels. • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies for potential investment opportunities. • Participate in the deal sourcing process by identifying and evaluating potential investment targets. • Engage in managing portfolio companies, providing support to maximize value creation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. • Build and maintain relationships with investors (LPS) and secure successful fund raising. • Ensure due diligence on potential investment opportunities and prepare investment memos or presentations.
