<h2>직무</h2><p>Corporate E-commerce Assistant (1년 계약직)</p><h2>포지션 상세</h2><p>Collaborate closely with the Corporate E-commerce managers to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that support and enhance overall Brand Shiseido’s online marketing efforts.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br> Support e-commerce professionals in planning and executing online strategies to achieve business objectives through Brand Shiseido’s online malls(KAKAO, Naver, Coupang, Kurly and Chicor).<br> Manage regular updates and maintenance of content and promotions on online malls.<br> Liaise with external agencies to manage online operations, including product registration, customer Q&As, inventory management, and follow-up on mall events.<br> Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage e-commerce operations.<br> Regularly monitor and report on e-merchandising trends and online activities in the cosmetics industry.<br>※ 담당 채널 및 브랜드는 지원자의 역량 또는 내부 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p> Bachelor’s degree in equivalent coursework.<br> Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.<br> A strong interest in cosmetics is preferred.<br> Strong planning and project management skills.<br> Knowledge of digital tools (such as web marketing, website project management, and user experience).<br> Experience in Performance marketing, Growth marketing, or Contents marketing is preferred.<br> Fluent in both Korean and English (both spoken and written communication).</p><h2>혜택 및 복지</h2><p>1. 탄력 근무제 : 근무 타입 자율 선택하여 운영<br>2. 스마트 러닝 : PC 또는 모바일을 통해 원하는 교육 과정 연간 무제한 학습 기회 제공<br>3. 자기계발비 : 연간 60만원의 복지 포인트 지원(근속 3년 이상자는 연간 80만원으로 지원 확대)<br>4. 자녀학자금 : 최대 2인까지 자녀학자금 지원 (고등학교 ~ 대학교)<br>5. 어린이날 축하금 : 생후~초등학교 6학년 자녀에게 인당 5만원의 복지 포인트 지급 (인원 제한 없음)<br>6.
