<h2>직무</h2><p>Senior Media Director</p><h2>포지션 상세</h2><p>In the role of Head of account dedicated to Kering Group, <br><br>Job Summary<br>We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Team Leader to oversee advertising campaigns, enhance collaboration with media buying teams, and strengthen relationships with key brand leaders. <br>This role requires a deep understanding of media productivity, media planning, and Media strategy to drive advertising effectiveness and maximize AV (Added Value). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience working closely with internal teams and external media partners.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>Key Responsibilities<br>• Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage a team of account managers and marketing professionals to execute high-impact advertising campaigns.<br>• Media Buying Collaboration: Work closely with the media buying team to develop and refine strategic media plans that optimize performance and ROI.<br>• Brand Leadership Partnership: Build strong relationships with brand leaders to ensure alignment between advertising strategies and overall brand goals.<br>• Media Productivity Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve media efficiency and maximize budget effectiveness.<br>• Media Partnerships & AV Optimization: Strengthen relationships with media partners to negotiate better deals, secure added value (AV), and improve overall campaign performance.<br>• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams to develop innovative, data-driven marketing solutions.<br>• Project & Budget Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.<br>• Performance Analysis: Monitor key advertising metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.<br>• Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in media, advertising, and digital marketing to keep campaigns competitive and relevant.<br>• Client Management: Collect and respond to client feedback to enhance the service<br>• Talent Management: Recruit, train, and develop employees to enhance productivity and professional growth.</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>Qualifications & Skills<br>• Minimum 15 years of experience in media industry especially planning, or marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.<br>• Strong understanding of media strategy, media buying, and brand marketing.<br>• Experience working with media agencies and negotiating media partnerships.<br>• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.<br>• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality execution.<br>• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize media performance.<br>• Proficiency in media planning tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics.<br>• Fluency in English<br><br>· Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion and accuracy, a can-do attitude</p><h2>혜택 및 복지</h2><p>· 매주 금요일 10am - 3pm 근무<br>· 시차 출퇴근제 <br>· 개인복지비 및 복리후생비 지원<br>· 기존 유급휴가 외 연간 4일의 Wellness day 제공<br>· 2020 근무혁신우수기업 선정<br>· 2021 가족친화우수기업 선정<br>· 주 3회 조식 이벤트<br>· 상시 스낵바 제공 등</p>
