Task and responsibilities: • Implement, enhance, and continuously improve cybersecurity across Siemens Healthineers. • Evaluate the security capabilities of internal applications, consult stakeholders on residual risks, and propose mitigation strategies. • Work closely with teams across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity Operations, and Governance to ensure compliance with best practices. • Contribute to application and infrastructure projects, defining security models and promoting proactive security measures. • Monitor cybersecurity trends and market developments to enhance security posture. Qualifications: • You have at least 2 years of experience within a Cybersecurity function or worked predominately on Cybersecurity related topics in an operational function. • You have subject matter expertise of application security best practices and implementation (e.g., security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, hardening of operating systems, databases). • You have experience determining security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements following a risk-based approach, and describe associated data flows and security controls needed, interacting with different stakeholders to explain and enforce security measures. Additionally • You are analytical, work methodically and autonomously. • You work or have been working in global distributed teams. • You are a quick learner and have the attitude to get into new technologies and architectures.
