We have an immediate need for an experienced, passionate and strategic Department Manager (Head) for our Software Code Testing product line.

주요업무

• You will lead a high-performance team of pre-sales and post-sales professionals, manage customer relationships and liaison with our product line headquarters in the US to meet business objectives and strategies. • Business Development: Strategic and operational management of all business development related topics for the Korean market. • Develop and implement business plans to meet product line goals. • Follow industry and customer trends to develop new business opportunities. • Pro-active customer relationship management to ensure long-term business potential. • Field Application Engineering incl Customer Projects: Ensure customer satisfaction is met or exceeded. • Work closely with customers, your team, and our headquarters and monitor all product line related FAE and FAC work and customer specific projects. • Product Line Management: Strategically develop and implement local product line goals and objectives in alignment with global objectives. • Lead, develop and coach a team of business developers, field application engineers and consultants with tasks incl staffing, training, performance reviews and coaching. • Manage resources and reassess priorities as needed to meet objectives. • Communication and Coordination: Close and regular reporting and coordination with the Global Product Line Management and the President of the subsidiary on all relevant tasks. • Willingness to travel – also to the US – and active communication with and contribution to the global product line team. • Coordination with further relevant stakeholders from sales, support and marketing as needed.

자격요건

• Bachelor degree in the field of Electrical Engineering / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. • 10+ years of software development & quality experience. • Ideally 3-5 years of experience managing a software testing team requiring global collaboration. • Thorough understanding of the embedded software development and testing, toolchain and build processes • Strong knowledge of C/C++ for embedded systems. • Excellent understanding of safety-critical applications, architecture and processes used in domains, such as Automotive, Avionics, Railway, Medical, Industrial. • Deep software development and testing expertise with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead/ develop problem solving within the team. • Ability to recognize, develop and propose software tools and solutions in the areas of code testing to existing or potential customers. • Strong understanding of customer and market requirements. • Proficient with effective project management techniques, including defining and planning requirements, settings, and meeting deadlines, etc. • Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation, listening, persuading, facilitating, and negotiating skills. • A proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the customer’s organization and within the Company. • Ability to lead, develop and manage engineering and sales staff. • Ability to take a proactive and collaborative approach for managing and problem solving. • Ability to work in a team environment with a sense of urgency to meet and exceed customer expectations. • Ability to travel to local and remote customer sites as required and occasionally to the US and Germany. • Excellent business acumen. • Korean native speaker, good English skills

우대사항

• Experience and client network in the Korean embedded software industry is desirable. • Experience with Vector tools (VectorCAST, PClint Plus, CANoe) and embedded software is desirable.
