주요업무

What You Will Do As a Product Designer at Hopae, you’ll take the lead in crafting elegant, intuitive interfaces that power the future of digital identity. You’ll own the design process end-to-end — from insight to interface — working closely with product and engineering to ensure every touchpoint serves both the user and the mission. • Own UX/UI design for Hopae’s core products, applying the “working backwards” framework to ensure design starts with real user problems and business goals • Drive research that translates into personas, journeys, and design hypotheses — not just artifacts, but tools for decision-making • Design and prototype seamless user experiences across web and mobile, aligned with our brand and technical constraints • Collaborate tightly with PMs and engineers to define features, test ideas, and ship quickly without losing polish • Build and evolve a unified design system that supports speed, consistency, and scalability across our product surface • Stay sharp — keep an eye on new UX/UI trends, and bring relevant innovation into our workflows and product thinking • Help shape and uphold a consistent visual identity and brand experience across all user touchpoints

자격요건

• 4+ years of experience designing complex digital products (B2B, SaaS preferred) • Strong portfolio that shows your ability to go from insight to interaction — with rationale, not just visuals • Comfortable driving your own process: from user interviews to wireframes to final handoff • Collaborative, curious, and clear communicator — across design, product, and engineering
