담당업무

▶Key Accountabilities & KPI BEES project aims to digitize manufacturer, wholesaler and retailers liquor trade ecosystem and provide core values to different parties. Commercial Tech team is engaged in the project to design and implement new products/features to support business initiatives. BEES Product engineer is mainly responsible for the operations of BEES products (e.g. BEES integrated wholesaler ERP, BEES Backoffice console, BEES Deliver) - Proactively engage with commercial business functions to achieve BEES business objectives - Take technical communication lead amongst the wholesaler ERP, EAI, Global BEES application teams to handle various requests (service, incident, change) - Take technical communication support for L1 call center - Support ticket routing amongst the teams (Global BEES, EAI, ERP, L1 call center) to minimize service lead time. - Manage tickets in Zendesk and JIRA - Assess system impacts of change release to production environment - Manage 24x7 support for P1 incident cases - Organize regular operation performance meeting - Evaluate operation performance and research ways to optimize the operation methodology and processes - Operate system complying with ABI Policy, IT MICS and other relevant audit requirements (Access, Security, Asset, Change, Patch, and others) - Partner & vendor management (Global BEES, EAI, ERP)

자격요건

▶Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information systems from University or above preferred - 3~5 years of experience particularly in IT service management (ITIL certified preferred) - Systems background - knowledge in Cloud, ERP, EAI, E-commerce platforms - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Intermediate-Advanced both in written and spoken English and Korean - Team-player with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills. - Good understanding of commercial business process knowledge is a plus.

▶Team Introductions Commercial Tech team consists of three different pillars (Product, Migration, Customer Support), total of 8 members, mainly focuses on digitization of commercial business. The team runs both projects and operations to fulfill the business requirements by developing products and features. One of the main project "BEES" aims to digitize manufacturer, wholesaler and retailers liquor trade ecosystem and provide core values to different parties. Commercial Tech team is engaged in the project to design and implement new products/features to support business initiatives.
