주요업무

• You will consult with existing client service teams as well as top managers at client organizations, and with your sound expertise, provide leadership and direction. • Within the firm, you'll play the role of an entrepreneur who reinvents McKinsey and opens up new opportunities for client impact. • You'll be a mentor and an advisor to developing consultants, and as a member of McKinsey's global network, you will be responsible for integrating insights from internal and external specialists as well as developing world-class knowledge. • You will be an important source of intellectual insight on a client project, framing business problems in a way that the team can then execute to drive impact and client value. • You'll be responsible for identifying and developing new client opportunities to advise companies on transformational change and capability building. • You will lead engagements on day-to-day problem solving, team management, and client management, bringing in deep functional knowledge, expertise, and proprietary tools to every client situation. • You will manage and develop strategic client relationships while ensuring the highest quality client work. • Lastly, you will inspire, lead, and develop new consulting staff.

자격요건

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred • 7+ years of professional work experience following graduate school, with a proven track record of exceptional achievement and measurable impact • Proven experience as a Project Lead in AI Transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of AI-driven business solutions and their implementation • Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, with significant experience in framing, designing, and executing solutions for complex and challenging business problems • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a collaborative approach and excellent listening skills; proven capability to manage project scope and ensure high-quality deliverables • Recognized thought leader in their industry, with a history of producing, syndicating, and publishing impactful and marketable knowledge • Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, combined with a creative and visionary mindset to drive innovation • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Korean
