마크비전의 Legal & Expert Service 팀은 전방위적으로 확대되는 글로벌 브랜드들의 IP (상표, 디자인) 침해 사건들에 대한 현장 단속 및 조사를 포함한 오프라인 제재를 신속하게 수행하고 있습니다. 중국 오피스 및 글로벌 고객사들과 긴밀하게 협력하며 IP 침해 사례에 대한 조사, Test Purachase 업무를 집중적으로 진행하며 중국의 Directdor of Legal & Expert Service, APAC 에게 리포트합니다. 장기적으로 IP/Legal 업계의 기술과 서비스의 혁신을 함께 경험하며 글로벌 IP/Legal 커리어의 확장을 원하시는 분들의 합류를 기다립니다!

주요업무

• Conduct investigative Test Purchases and write reports for Clients. • Communicate with global partners regarding legal actions for Clients. • Communicate internally to facilitate on-going investigations for Clients. • Conduct research on sellers online, as well as different IP laws around the world. • Facilitate actions against counterfeit sellers. • Manage database of ongoing cases. • Provide/assist in providing any other brand protection services as required by our Customers.

자격요건

• Experience in leading junior members as a team lead or senior • Excellent customer facing skills: training, coaching, discussion management, conflict resolution, and ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand the manner • Business fluent in English and native level of Korean • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as business and technical acumen • Have a positive, self-starter attitude with absolute willingness to go the extra mile and exceed expectations

우대사항

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English and Korean in a business environment. • Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines. • Ability to conduct work according to provided guidelines accurately and with minimum mistakes. • Experience working in a multicultural environment, handling work in different time zones.
