담당업무

- Proactively engage with Support business functions in mobilizing and defining business driven IT solution opportunities against defined business objectives - Responsible for demand planning in collaboration with the support functions, and establishing 1YP/3YP - Organize regular tech-meeting with APAC, BU business stakeholders - Research and evaluate technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when project planning - Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from support projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements - Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for project members - Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents business rules, functions and requirements - Managing the IT Project methodology and well-aligned with System operation team

자격요건

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information systems from University or above preferred - 5~7 years of experience particularly in system design/development and related projects implementation - Systems background - deep knowledge of SAP(ERP) system (MUST) - Project Management knowledge including the ability to deliver high quality work on time and on budget - Good command of written and spoken English and Korean - Team-player with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills. Effective English written and verbal communication skills - Experience in multinational company with a global/Zone IT Organization - Experience with SAP, People, Procurement, Finance system

우대사항

- Good understanding of key support business process / Finance process knowledge is a plus
