<h2>직무</h2>Product Owner (Senior)<h2>포지션 상세</h2>[About StudioXID] ProtoPie is the easiest interactive prototyping tool for all digital products. Designers can turn their UI/UX design ideas into highly interactive prototypes for mobile, desktop, web, all the way to IoT and beyond. They can explore, validate, and test design solutions and ideas by creating very realistic, production-like prototypes without code and without the help of engineers. ProtoPie is widely used by various companies all over the world across many industries, e.g., Google, Microsoft, Meta, Nintendo, BMW, Samsung, Tencent, Reddit, Bytedance, and Disney. Plus, ProtoPie won no.1 Advanced Prototyping tool in the UX Tools 2022 Design Tools Survey. [About the role] We are looking for a passionate and senior Product Owner to lead the product vision, strategy and execution of ProtoPie’s suite of products. The ideal candidate will drive the vision, roadmap, and development of products features to validate ideas, improve user experience, and accelerate business growth. ProtoPie aims to build products that fill the gap between designers and their stakeholders (e.g. engineers). This role will provide you opportunities to work on new technologies, platforms, consumer facing products, and B2B enterprise systems. Based on the company policy, the official name of the role on the employment contract will be the Product Owner.<h2>주요업무</h2>• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for ProtoPie and steer product teams into executing that roadmap • Engage customers to create innovative solutions that serve user needs in a B2B Enterprise context • Understand markets, competition, user requirements in depth, and translate them to actionable product requirements and deliverables. • Launch new products and features, evaluate their performance, and iterate quickly. • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements • Work collaboratively with engineering, UX, sales, marketing etc. on innovative solutions to hard problems.<h2>자격요건</h2>• 8+ years of product management experience in a technical field (PO, PM, Founder role) • Excellent communications skills in English & Korean (verbal and in writing). • Proven track record of driving product vision, go-to-market strategies as well as leading prioritization and strategy discussions in a B2B Enterprise SaaS context. • Deep understanding of UX design & prototyping domain. • Ability to deep dive into data using SQL or analytics tools • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority. • Strong understanding of B2B Enterprise sales cycles • Willing to engage with customers directly to solve their needs as well as provide insights to sales. Free to travel abroad for meetings and workshops (No restrictions on travel, such as reasons for disqualification).<h2>우대사항</h2>• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience with other design and prototyping tools • Familiarity with user research, usability testing methodologies and platforms. • Strong understanding and curiosity to learn more about the technologies as it relates to design/prototyping authoring as well as Enterprise SaaS. • Experience mentoring and nurturing growth for fellow Product Owners. • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.<h2>혜택 및 복지</h2>1.
