We are a portfolio company of leading global private equity firm Warburg Pincus, and work with several leading global institutional investors as JV partners in our residential-for-rent asset management business.<br><br>*When applying, please attach your CV in English in addition to your primary CV or other required documents</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>• 부동산, 부동산 중개인과 중개 및 자산 관리 구조 세팅을 통한 국내외 고객 (입주자) 유치<br>• 마케팅 부서와 협력하여 잠재고객 발굴부터 입주자로 전환하는 단계까지의 디지털 고객 여정 (Customer Journey) 임대 프레임워크 초기 구축.기존의 전통적인 중개 구조와 자산 관리 구조를 대신하는 부가가치 전략 수립<br>• 우리 자산에 대한 수익 예산을 모니터링하고 연간 예산에 따라 유닛 점유율 (Occupancy) 과 금액 달성 전략 수립<br>• 브랜드의 부동산 포트폴리오 전반에 걸쳐 계약 갱신 및 유닛 점유율 (Occupancy)관리를 위한 금액 전략 및 절차 고안 <br>• 한국 Weave Living 브랜드의 프로덕트 오퍼링에 대한 전문가로서 고객 타켓팅에 맞춘 당사의 가치 제안 (Value proposition) <br>• 마케팅 팀과 긴밀히 협력하여 시장 조사, 시장 동향에 대한 피드백, 데이터 분석 및 상주 분석 수행<br>• 프로퍼티 뷰잉 (Property viewing) 및 잠재고객을 거주자로 전환<br>• 네트워크를 활용한 B2B 및 기업 고객 유치<br>• 추후 국내 리징 팀 채용, 교육 및 관리 <br><br>• Delivering and facilitating outstanding service to residents and represent the Weave brand in all aspects <br>• Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residential community <br>• Recognizing and anticipating/reacting to the changing needs, expectations, and emotions of our residents, working with all in-house teams to ensure that the brand and its products and services are all coordinated to deliver the greatest possible residents’ experience <br>• Coordinating and executing community initiatives and events designed to develop resident relationships and help build both brand and property awareness in partnership with the Operations team <br>• Be the go-to person for residents and co-ordinate with on-property operations team to resolving residents’ issues with professionalism and patience <br>• Reporting on resident suggestions with creative ideas to enhance living experience <br>• Conducting property viewings to support our leasing strategy when needed</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>• 최소 7년 이상의 렌탈 하우징 (Rental accommodation) 분야의 세일즈 경험 (부동산, 호스피탈리티, 서비스형 숙박시설 또는 코워킹 근무 경험자 우대)<br>• 관련분야 자격증 및 임대관련 면허증 소지자<br>• 친화력과 공감능력이 있는 팀 플레이어로 다양한 국적의 사람들과 교류하고 국제 업무 환경을 즐기는 자<br>• 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 도전하고 적응하는 능력이 뛰어난 자<br>• 비상 상황이나 위기 상황 대처 능력이 뛰어나며 갈등, 불만이나 스트레스 관리 및 조절 능력이 있는 자 <br>• 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션, 프로젝트 관리 능력 보유자<br>• 진취적인 마인드, 명확한 결과 도출 및 뛰어난 문제 해결 능력 보유자<br>• 여러가지 업무 처리가 가능하며 빠르고 다이나믹한 업무 환경에 잘 적응할 수 있는 자 <br>• 한국어, 영어 능통자<br>• 국내 OTA 플랫폼에 대한 이해도가 있는자 우대 <br><br>• At least 7+ years' experience in leasing rental accommodation in Korea<br>• Relevant working experience in multi-family / serviced apartment / hotel industry is an advantage<br>• Possess the relevant leasing agency licenses<br>• Responsible, self-motivated, detail oriented and the ability to work independently<br>• Proven leadership and training abilities<br>• Ability to connect well with people; warm and approachable<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with tenants and team members<br>• Good organizational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure to manage multiple tasks and prioritize for completion<br>• Strong in contractual sense, problem solving, analytical and negotiation skill including ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions</p><h2>혜택 및 복지</h2><p>• 업무 능력에 따른 성장 기회 <br>• 업계 최고 연봉 및 보너스<br>• 사내 다양한 행사 참여<br>• 수평적이고 건강한 기업 문화와 최고의 업무 환경 제공 <br>• 4대 보험<br>• 종합 건강검진<br>• 급여: 지원자의 자격 및 경력에 따라 결정되며, 면접 과정에서 협의 예정입니다.<br><br>• Excellent company culture with ability to work internationally<br>• Growth potential based on performance and interest<br>• Competitive compensation with base and commission component<br>• Company-wide outings and retreats<br>• Domestic and international travel<br>• Salary: To be determined based on qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process.</p>
