<h2>직무</h2><p>Media Planning & Activation Manager</p><h2>포지션 상세</h2><p>Constellation Groupe is the dedicated network of marketing experts within Publicis Groupe, for our Electronics client – both at Global and Local Market levels. <br><br>We are seeking a Media Planning and Activation Manager to join our global media team, located in Seoul.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>Be part of the Media Activation team, to work closely with media strategy, search & analytics team members, located in the Constellation NYC, London and Seoul offices, to create media guidelines for global electronic brand's campaigns that are backed with data and grounded in learnings<br><br>• Support crafting annual media strategy & guidelines for client's local markets based on competitive marketplace, media trends, consumer journey, consumer insights, and client communication objectives<br>• Research online tools/platforms for media trends and audience insights<br>• Stay up-to-date on latest media channel ad formats and products : specific to latest on Digital and Social Platforms (e.g. YouTube, Meta and Tik Tok)<br>• Be curious about the mobile phone and tech industries<br>• Able to manage multiple projects, various clients and cross functional teams (strategy, search, analytics, creative, etc.) interaction on a daily basis – overseeing the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of work<br>• Support Regional and Local Market guidance sharing (ahead of campaigns) and post-campaign analysis review for data review and analysis<br>• As co-author of the Media Guidelines, be part of the Global Constellation team to present and answer questions when sharing campaign guidance to local Constellation teams<br>• Develop and lead strong working relationships with day-to-day clients in-person<br>• Attendance at meetings and regular status calls in person at client offices <br>• Daily communication by email and phone with clients<br>• Build and maintain strong business relations with Media Channel partners based in Korea (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok, TTD) and help to curate consultation and inspiration to clients<br>• Help to manage conversations, briefs and reports that may pan across Media Channel reps across NYC, London and Seoul<br>• Co-create Thought Leadership pieces</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>Media Fundamentals: Demonstrate strong understanding of media fundamentals, including foundational knowledge in digital, social & programmatic, target audience development and communication goal setting – having previously worked on local market media campaign planning, as well as global guidance ideally; identify innovative media campaigns based on latest media trends, new-to-market offerings, technology, and award-winning case studies to incorporate and share with clients and internal teams <br>Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in media strategy/planning experience across traditional and digital media channels, developing communication briefs and annual strategy with multi-media channels and consumer behaviour insights – ideally on a Global account <br><br>Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Understands and actions upon client’s business objectives and chosen strategies and is capable of creating plans/tactics to move the business forward. Able to develop insightful post campaign learnings and data-based recommendations with clear understanding of the consumer journey<br><br>Communication: Marked by understanding and presenting ideas (verbal and written) in an accurate and organized way. Ability to translate tricky conceptual ideas into digestible PowerPoint visuals. Proactively keeps team members up to date on work and pending projects; confident in asking clarifying questions when deliverables and timelines are unclear<br><br>Teamwork & Flexibility: Proactively offering input and personal opinions but also supporting team decisions once made.
