주요업무

-북미 시장 타겟 인플루언서 발굴 및 협업 제안 -Paid Partnership 콘텐츠 기획·관리 (브리프 제공, 피드백, 성과 측정) -제품 협찬/협업 전략 설계 (Organic/PR 기반 무료제공 포함) 및 모니터링 -인플루언서/채널별 성과 분석 및 인사이트 도출 -북미 뷰티·스킨케어 인플루언서 및 콘텐츠 트렌드 분석 -Identify and source influencers targeting the North American market, and lead collaboration outreach and partnership proposals -Plan and manage Paid Partnership content, including briefing, feedback coordination, and performance tracking -Develop and execute product seeding and collaboration strategies (including organic/PR-based gifting), and monitor campaign effectiveness -Analyze performance by influencer and channel, and derive actionable insights for optimization -Monitor and analyze North American beauty and skincare influencer trends and content landscapes

자격요건

-미주 마케팅 경력 1년 이상 -영어/한국어 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분 -글로벌 화장품 (현지 시장)의 흐름 파악이 빠르고 이해도가 높으신 분 -Minimum 1+ year of marketing experience in the North American market -Fluency in both English and Korean (written and verbal communication) -Strong understanding of global cosmetics trends, with the ability to quickly analyze and adapt to local market dynamics
