Materials Planner Korea Gyeonggi-do 상근 ④ 오늘 공고 =R13673 A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Materials Planner at MKS, you will develop accurate demand forecasts, manage inventory levels, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure supply meets demand for VSD EMEA business. This role will require a strong understanding of forecasting techniques, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You will report to the Sr Materials Planner. You Will Make an Impact By: • Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned regions, products, and categories. • Process intercompany purchase orders and coordinate with internal suppliers to ensure that goods are delivered on time. • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including production and logistics teams, to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer inputs to predict future demand. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with business plans. • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory. • Work with procurement teams to ensure materials are ordered to meet forecasted demand. • Identify and address gaps in demand plans, working with relevant teams to find solutions. • Continuously improve forecasting processes and accuracy through data-driven insights. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on forecast accuracy, demand trends, and inventory status. • Travel Requirements: Up to 10% of Travel is required. Skills You Bring: • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Economics, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations. • • Experience working with demand planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Demand Solutions) is highly preferred. Experience in working within a fast-paced, dynamic supply chain environment, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. • English Speaking Preferred Skills: (Optional) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively present information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in forecasts and reports. • Strong team player who can work effectively across departments and manage cross-functional relationships. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, data analysis).
