Lewkin is a fast-growing fashion & beauty brand with a strong global presence. We collaborate with influencers to create content that resonates with Gen Z across social platforms. [Work Conditions] · Employment Type : FTE(A 3-month probation period applies, after which full-time employment will be confirmed based on performance evaluation.) · Salary : In accordance with company policy (Please include your current salary and expected salary in your application.) · Work Location : 38, Achasan-ro, Seongdong-gu, Seoul (near Ttukseom Station, Line 2) ※ The office is scheduled to relocate to the Gangnam Station area (Line 2) by the end of March. · Working Days / Hours : Monday to Friday, 5 days per week / Flexible working hours with staggered start times between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM

Team : Marketing / Reporting Line : CMO · Find & Connect - Research and reach out to micro/nano influencers on TikTok and Instagram · Manage Partnerships - Track influencer content, ensure timely posting, and support campaigns · Spot Trends - Identify rising influencers and viral content to shape our outreach strategy · Analyze Performance - Monitor engagement and performance metrics · Brainstorm & Create - Contribute creative ideas for influencer activations

자격요건

· Strong Communication skills · Fluent in English (Korean is a plus but not required) · Basic interest and understanding of the beauty or fashion industry · Must be able to work in Korea (no visa sponsorship, no remote work)
