This role partners closely with Korea and Asia-Pacific & Latin America Brand Marketing teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies. 주요업무

• Bring best-in-class brand experiences to life for consumers with digital excellence and innovation • Lead seasonal digital brand strategy aligned with GEO strategy and brand standards • Deliver seasonal kick-off presentations for internal and external stakeholders • Lead holistic consumer digital journey end-to-end—including on-field directing, post-production, launch, and reviews • Stay ahead of industry, sport, and marketplace trends for authentic consumer connection • Organize financial planning and reporting for projects, including requisition submission • Track and analyze digital performance, providing actionable insights through weekly and monthly reviews and reports

자격요건

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • 5+ years of marketing experience, including minimum 2+ years in digital activation (knowledge of digital platform UI, UX framework) • Proven expertise in marketing content planning, production, and performance analysis • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with agility and precision in a fast-moving environment • Innovative, creative, and open to new approaches that challenge boundaries • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
