Role Overview We are seeking a passionate leadership recruiter who is driven to find and attract the best leadership talent in the world. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring global leadership talent for our fast-growing organization. You will be a key member of the Global Executive Recruiting Team that consists of multinational recruiting experts and will work closely with senior leaders across the company. You will leverage your extensive network and market knowledge to develop and execute targeted hiring strategies, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and build lasting relationships with both internal key stakeholders and candidates. You will contribute to building up best-in class executive recruiting practices across multiple areas of recruiting. What You Will Do • Manage a full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding for executive level positions focusing on expats. • Design, develop and execute targeted hiring strategies to identify global top-tier leadership talent across various industries and multiple geographies. • Develop solid relationships internally with executives and will act as a trusted advisor for key talent decisions and hiring strategies. • Conduct proactive talent pipelining and sourcing initiatives based on industry expertise and relationships, as well as market research and mapping on a global scale. • Leverage market knowledge and industry insights to provide executives with advice on key hiring trends, candidate qualifications, and compensation benchmarks. Manage recruiting tracking systems for milestones and timelines across projects to ensure successful and on-time completions. • Ensure a seamless candidate experience by providing timely and relevant feedback throughout the recruitment process. Basic Qualifications • • At least 10 years of direct, hands-on experience in leadership recruiting with a focus on global talent acquisition. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute targeted search strategies across various industries and geographies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and candidates. • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent acquiring solutions that drive business success. ⚫ Analytical, creative and data-driven combined with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ⚫ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices, and share knowledge with the team • Possess a clear understanding of recruiting-related compliance and risks and serve as a role model in terms of ethics. • Must be highly motivated, able to work independently and cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast paced environment. In preparation for a job applicant's request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act. 5. The above paragraphs 1 - 4 shall only apply when the labor-related laws of Korea govern the application.
